Three (3) One-on-One interview preparation sessions.

Assistance in developing your interview preparation strategy.

List of the general and tailored behavioral interview questions to review and to help in developing your response .

Two (2) mock interview sessions via phone and/or video conferencing.

Bonus session-Salary negotiation coaching session once you receive a job offer.
Here’s how we will spend our sessions:

In our first session, after sharing your job search goal with me, we will have a short mock interview session so that I can assess your interviewing strengths and challenges.

Session 2 will focus on developing your dynamic professional Positioning Value Statement (PVS) -your response to the Interviewer’s “Tell Me about Yourself”. How you respond could be the difference in you being “in” or “out”.

In Session 3, you will have your second mock interview. You will receive immediate feedback and suggestions to further assist you in being Polished, Positioned and Powerful during your next interview.

Each session will last 1 to 1½ hours and will be by phone or video.

Bonus session-Once you receive a job offer we will schedule a salary negotiation coaching call.
